Associate Power Platform DeveloperAssociate Power Platform Developers work with a technology solution team to design, develop, test, implement, and support software solutions to capture data and enable process automation through configuring and customizing enterprise software applications using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and design technical solutions that will meet quality needs for security, scalability, reliability, usability, and accessibility.Participate in demonstrations and discussions of solutions and platform capabilities with clients and prospective clients.Collaborate with team to develop, test, and implement technical solutions using configurations and low-code solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio in an agile development process.Follow development standards for solution design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation and work with team to continually refine and improve those standards.Perform testing for solutions to ensure releases meet standards for efficiency, quality, security, and reliability.Provide maintenance and technical support for enterprise applications in accordance with organizational standards and service-level agreements.Keep up with industry trends and learn new technologies as needed to meet company needs, including leveraging AI capabilities.Position type:Full timeJob QualificationsEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience.Experience:2+ years of experience in designing technical solutions and administration of enterprise applications or a similar role.Skills and Qualifications:General understanding of database and software development concepts.Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.Ability to "think outside the box" to develop innovative solutions and ways of working.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certificationMicrosoft Power Platform Developer Associate certificationMicrosoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certificationProven experience with the following: Automating business processesAI tools (Copilot Studio), LLMs, and working with MCP serversMicrosoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI)Microsoft Power Platform administrationMicrosoft SharePoint administrationSQL and MS SQL Server Management StudioSoftware development lifecycle and DevOps CI/CDAgile software development frameworks (Kanban, Scrum)Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / X++Microsoft Entra IDHTML, CSS, and JavaScriptLiquid templatePowerShell and Azure CLIAzure cloud / servicesExperience using AI assisted development tools to increase productivity and code qualityFamiliarity with responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, bias mitigation, model transparency, and regulatory considerationsPhysical Requirements: N/ABenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (Medical and Dependent Care)401(k) Plan with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off10.5 Paid HolidaysCareer Development OpportunitiesAbout Group OAt Group O, it's our employees who we value most.
