Clearance Level: Secret. Basic Qualifications Must be a US Citizen Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline Experience in systems engineering development &/or decomposition and application of processes and tools Desired Skills Experience with hardware/software development & integration; or experience with mechanical systems/air vehicle systems Experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA, CATIA, or Dimension SPAR database development and management or similar programming Good understanding of test design and test planning Experience using quantitative models, risk management techniques, and analytical tools Supplier Management experience Understand the general principles and artifacts associated with Model Based Systems Engineering including the use of models which depict and define products in the planning and execution of development projects Experience leading systems engineering activities and processes (lifecycle management) Knowledge of Agile methodology Experience briefing and interfacing with senior executives and senior military personnel Strong oral & written communication skills, analytical thinking and physical science/engineering problem solving skills Experience deriving system requirements from customer documents &/or developing Statements of Work Other Important Information Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Pay Rate (California, Massachusetts, and New York excluding major metropolitan areas) Annual base salary range: $73,400 - $129,260. (Note: Salary ranges vary by state and are general guidelines.)
