Drawer Box Line Associate

Drawer Box Line Associate Location: Bristol, IN. Pay: $21.00/hour Schedule: 2ND SHIFT Monday–Friday CDR ProSource is hiring Drawer Box Line Associates for a custom closet manufacturing company. This position involves assembling drawer boxes, inspecting finished products, packaging materials, and maintaining quality standards. Employees will be cross-trained in all areas of the drawer box line, allowing you to learn multiple positions and support different production needs. Schedule 1st Shift: 5:45 AM–2:15 PM · Monday–Friday · Overtime may start as early as 4:45 AM and may include extended 9-hour shifts 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM · Monday–Friday · Overtime may extend until 11:30 PM · 2nd shift employees will train on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks Optional Overtime: · Volunteer Saturdays available · 4–8 hours of overtime available Responsibilities · Assemble drawer boxes and components · Operate equipment and assist throughout the production line · Perform quality inspections · Package finished products · Use basic hand and power tools · Cross-train in multiple positions · Follow safety and quality standards · Assist with CNC operations as trained Qualifications · Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred · Basic mechanical, hand, and power tool skills · Strong attention to detail and quality · Reliable attendance and positive work ethic · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. · Ability to stand and work throughout the shift · Willingness to learn multiple production roles · CNC experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady manufacturing work with the opportunity to cross-train and develop additional skills.
