- BC / BE Emergency Medicine residency trained physician- Join a cohesive group of physicians who are all EM residency trained, board certified and have an average tenure of 14 years.-Work closely with a talented group of advanced practice providers and staff.-This is an employed position with a progressive and financially secure health system.-Find your work/life balance in family-centered communities.Practice Details:- 32 room department recently renovated and optimized-All day and evening shifts; no overnights-Full time is -hour shifts per month-Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day-Adult and pediatric hospitalist do their own admissions-Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open heartsCompensation and Benefits:$450,000 base salary$75,000 sign-on bonus$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)$6,000 CME annually-Three retirement plans including a unique supplemental plan Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage-Paid malpractice with tailYou wont find a better organization or group.
