This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in lawn care and landscaping.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging.Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and effectively.Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.Assist in landscape design and installation projects.Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients on-site.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.Document job progress and report any issues to the supervisor.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation.Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous landscaping or lawn care experience.About UsA C LAWN CARE AND MORE LLC has been serving the Fairview Heights community for over 10 years, providing top-notch lawn care and landscaping services.
