A company is looking for a Legal Operations Program Manager, Legal & Compliance. Key Responsibilities Maintain a strategic roadmap and manage cross-functional initiatives from intake to outcomes Develop business cases and change management plans while ensuring alignment across teams Create and disseminate project plans and status reports, anticipating bottlenecks and managing issues Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Legal Operations or a closely related field Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives Experience with operational metrics related to adoption, cycle time, and quality High proficiency in Airtable, Google Workspace, and AI/workflow automation tools Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
