Calling all Landscape Architects looking to join a rapidly growing and successful firm. Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced landscape architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, and at least 10-years of experience in the field. The candidate will work directly with our senior leadership to plan, design, and manage wide-reaching projects.Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage projects from design to build while being able to fully design projects including amenity areas and front entrancesDesign to specific codes in Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and other states in the USPrepare and present project proposals to clientsManage a team of architects, engineers, builders, and other professionals to complete large-scale projectsManage subcontractors, budgets and timelinesResponsible for some business development directly with clientsCoordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetStay up-to-date on the latest trends in landscape architecture Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in the fieldStrong design and drafting skillsKnowledge of real estate developments and large-scale amenitiesGraphic design experience with CAD softwareExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to manage a consultant teamAvailability to travel as neededBenefits: Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a small, dynamic teamAbility to make a significant impact on the company's growth
