JOB SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening potential employees for specific positions at The Summit Center. The Recruiter will implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position consistently and successfully. 1. Own candidate full lifecycle recruitment process from opening a requisition, posting the job, scheduling, and conducting interviews and making offers 2. Posting, advertising, screening, interviewing, and utilizing applicant tracking for all positions 3. Consults with supervisors to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s). 4. Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring supervisors. 5. Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds where appropriate 6. Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process. 7. Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities. 8. Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful. 9. Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations. 10. Manage internal and external job boards 11. May assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department 12. Communicate effectively with others both written and verbally utilizing different technical platforms 13. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 14. Maintain high standards of confidentiality 15. Perform any other projects or duties as requested by your supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of position skill and/or ability required. · EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 2 Years Experience, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or Management. Experience with UKG and Indeed preferred.
