TactStaff EDU is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave of absence coverage for a high school-based position in Boulder, Colorado during the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with adolescents and helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic achievement, social success, and post-secondary readiness.

Position Details
Start Date: August 4, 2026
End Date: May 21, 2027
Schedule: 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)
In-Person Only – No virtual or hybrid options available
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs
Consult with teachers, families, counselors, and school staff to support student success
Address communication needs including language, articulation, fluency, pragmatic language, executive functioning, and transition-related skills
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
Minimum of one year of classroom or school-based experience required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to work onsite in a high school setting
