Description Education: Master's of Occupational Therapy required..Licensure: California Occupational Therapy license required. Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status asper American Heart Association standards required.Experience: Minimum of 3 years OT experience, and 1 year of NICUWorks under the supervision of Rehab Supervisor and Manager of Rehabilitation Services. Provides Occupational Therapy interventions to patients per referral, including assessment, care, planning, educating patients and families regarding treatment plans, progress and prognosis, scheduling, recording treatment information, and issuing appropriate adaptive equipment. Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit. Performs other duties as assigned.
