This role combines hands-on Epic data and BI expertise with people leadership, ensuring reliable access to clinical, operational, and financial insights across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support Epic data environments, including Clarity, Caboodle, and related SQL-based reporting platformsOversee dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, ensuring accuracy, performance, and consistencyLead, mentor, and support a small team of analysts or developers (manager or team lead experience required)Partner with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable data solutionsSupport data governance, reporting standards, and best practices across Epic tools (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, extracts)Ensure reliable data delivery to support quality measures, population health initiatives, and operational reporting for FQHC and community health settingsRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience as a director or data team leadHands-on experience with Epic Clarity and/or CaboodleStrong Power BI experience, including data modeling and dashboard developmentPrior experience as a manager or team lead, with responsibility for mentoring or overseeing othersSolid SQL skills and experience supporting healthcare reporting or analyticsUnderstanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and reporting needs in community health or FQHC environmentsNice to HaveExperience supporting multi-tenant or shared Epic environmentsFamiliarity with population health, quality measures, or social drivers of health reportingBackground working with nonprofit or community health organizations#ZRCFSTECH##INJUN2026#CFSJUNE2026#CBJUNE2026
