The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Maintaining outside grounds Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, and restrooms Taking out and emptying trash sweeping and mopping Stocking * Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
