Desktop Support Analyst
*Job Overview* As a Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to internal users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. *Responsibilities* - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding computer hardware, software, and networking issues - Utilize tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SCCM to track and resolve reported incidents - Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices - Assist in managing computer systems, including installations, configurations, and updates - Analyze network-related issues and provide solutions related to TCP/IP and computer networking - Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues for resolution *Experience* - Proven experience in customer service with a focus on technical support - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and computer management - Familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and SCCM - Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and computer networking concepts - Ability to analyze problems efficiently and provide effective solutions
