Bill Cole Automall Internet Sales SpecialistBill Cole Automall is looking for competitive, motivated, team driven, professionals to join the Bill Cole family in a full-time capacity as an Automotive Internet Sales Specialist. This position is not remote but rather candidates will be expected to be on campus daily at the Bluefield, WV location.Job Description:Will handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat and phone inquiresWill be available to respond to inquiries in a prompt, professional, well-spoken mannerAssist customers in appropriate vehicle selectionMust be able to conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstrationDirect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetCheck email frequently and respond to inquiries immediatelyWill deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptlyWill work with all Sales and Management staff to obtain customer satisfaction during dealership experience.Skills / Requirements:Must have good verbal and written communication skillsMust be available to work Monday thru Sunday from hours of 8:30am to 7pm, or any variation ranging during open business hoursMust have the ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, requiring regular attendance is an essential job functionBeing proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plusTime management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are requiredMust be self-motivated and goal orientedMust be able to hit sales quotas and closing percentagesAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
