Job DescriptionJoin Our Team at Poquoson Veterinary Hospital!Licensed Veterinary Technician Wanted - Full-TimePoquoson Veterinary Hospital, a proud AAHA-accredited, four-doctor practice, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our growing team!We are a progressive, high-quality medicine hospital equipped with:Full digital radiographyDigital dental radiographyUltrasoundIn-house laboratoryClose collaboration with board-certified specialists and 24-hour emergency facilitiesAs a true full-service hospital, we proudly offer general medicine, soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery, advanced dentistry, exotic animal care (including pocket pets, reptiles, and avians), and grooming - all under one roof.What We're Looking For:Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology programCurrent Virginia Veterinary Technician License (or eligible to obtain)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding client service and a genuinely compassionate, positive attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the teamComfortable with dogs, cats, and exotic speciesSchedule:Full-time position with rotating weekend shifts.
