In this role, you will optimize inventory placement and organization within our healthcare distribution facilities. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product slotting that enhances operational performance and supports our commitment to delivering quality healthcare solutions. We value your contributions and believe you'll find this position rewarding as you help us serve healthcare providers and patients.Compensation and Shift Details:Compensation: $19.50/hr.Shift Details: Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 12:45 amKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and implement product slotting strategies to maximize warehouse efficiencyCollaborate with logistics, inventory, and operations teams to analyze placement dataMonitor slotting performance metrics and provide regular reportingRespond to operational changes and adjust slotting plans accordinglySupport continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimizationCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across departmentsMinimum Requirements:3+ years of related experienceCritical SkillsProficiency with warehouse management systems and data analysis toolsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable with physical activity in a warehouse settingCareer Level – IC – Operations Support – O3We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
