Job Description: Coffee & Espresso Equipment Technician Position Overview: Department: Service & Maintenance Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Service Technician to provide maintenance and repair services for a variety of commercial foodservice equipment, with a focus on refrigeration units, coffee brewers, and espresso machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration units, coffee brewers, and espresso machines Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, both in-house and at customer locations Install and commission new equipment, ensuring proper operation and functionality. Maintain accurate service records and documentation Provide technical support and guidance to customers over the phone and in person. Manage parts inventory and ordering Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Proven experience in servicing and repairing commercial refrigeration units, coffee brewers, and espresso machines Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and 1 clean driving record Refrigeration certifications (EPA Section 608) are a plus Experience with electrical systems and plumbing is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Company vehicle and tools provided Opportunities for professional development and advancement Work for a reputable company with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Fuel card Professional development assistance Tools provided Work Location: In person
