The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex AI transformation programs within large enterprise environments while also possessing hands-on technical understanding of AI/ML ecosystems, delivery frameworks, and data-driven product execution.This role requires a combination of leadership, stakeholder management, Agile delivery expertise, and technical fluency in AI/ML concepts to successfully drive programs from strategy and planning through deployment and business adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise AI Program LeadershipLead end-to-end execution of enterprise AI/ML and Analytics programs from discovery, planning, and roadmap definition to deployment and operationalization.Manage multiple concurrent workstreams involving AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Teams, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.Drive AI adoption initiatives aligned with organizational goals, operational efficiencies, and measurable business outcomes.Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, milestones, risks, budgets, and resource planning.Technical & Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.Collaborate closely with AI/ML architects and engineering teams on solution design, model lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and production readiness.Participate in technical discussions involving ML models, data pipelines, cloud AI platforms, GenAI use cases, and analytics frameworks.Ensure AI initiatives comply with enterprise architecture standards, governance, compliance, and security requirements.Agile Program ExecutionLead Agile ceremonies across distributed teams and ensure alignment on sprint planning, prioritization, dependencies, and deliverables.Establish and monitor KPIs, program dashboards, risk registers, RAID logs, and executive reporting metrics.Identify delivery bottlenecks proactively and drive resolution across teams and stakeholders.Promote continuous improvement and scalable Agile delivery practices across AI and analytics programs.Stakeholder & Executive ManagementEngage with senior leadership, product owners, business units, and executive sponsors to align priorities and roadmap strategies.Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and business cases for AI investments and transformation initiatives.Drive consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing expectations and organizational change.Required QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project/program management certifications preferred.Experience8+ years of Program/Project Management experience in Agile environments.5+ years managing AI/ML, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Generative AI initiatives within large enterprise organizations.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation programs from inception to production deployment.Experience managing budgets, forecasting, vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, and enterprise governance.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Data Science workflows, predictive analytics, and enterprise AI platforms.Hands-on familiarity with technologies/tools such as Python, SQL, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML Services, Databricks, Snowflake, TensorFlow, or similar ecosystems.Understanding of GenAI, LLMs, NLP, MLOps, model deployment, and cloud-native AI architectures.Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and executive presentation skills.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership mentality and execution focus.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative enterprise environments.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working in Fortune 100 or highly regulated enterprise environments.Experience leading AI governance, Responsible AI, or enterprise AI operating model initiatives.Exposure to GenAI, Copilot implementations, AI automation, or intelligent process transformation programs.Experience scaling Agile delivery models across large technology organizations.
