SWQA Tools Development Engineer
Overview:

In this role, you will own and improve certification programs for NVIDIA products, spanning hardware and software test domains. You’ll lead a distributed team of Cert engineers, collaborating with cross-functional groups to integrate AI-driven solutions that boost productivity and efficiency across end-to-end QA workflows. You’ll learn the certification landscape (HLK, HDMI/DP, ESXi, Android CTS) and shape scalable testing and automation as part of the Certification team. This position combines hands-on testing, AI/automation development, and strategic program ownership to drive high-impact quality. Responsibilities:
- Apply certification kits to test software and hardware features across development stages
- Own multiple certification programs and lead Cert engineers on a distributed team
- Integrate UI and automation tools with internal/external APIsFormulate and deploy multi-agent systems to optimize workflows
- Develop process improvements to support team and company success
- Represent the team in internal and external meetings (planning, bug scrubs, status)
- Engage with development teams to provide debugging information for certification bugs
- Promote a quality-first culture across NVIDIA products
Key requirements:
- Engineering graduate in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)5+ years in AI/ML models or automation systems
- Experience with AI coding assistants (OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Full-stack development with Angular, JavaScript, Node. xaygatp js, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core Web API, IISPython, C#, SQL, GitHub/Perforce
- Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CDAbility to translate prototypes into production-ready automation and validation
- Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills
- Proven track record in global, multi-timezone projects
