We are looking for driven individuals that embody our caring counts model and core values that include empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion.PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation claims by reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability and evaluating the scope of damages.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDEManages complex commercial and personal auto claims, including bodily injury exposures, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely resolutionProvides end-to-end claim oversight, including litigation management, excess carrier reporting, vendor coordination, and quality file handlingDrives claims toward prompt and appropriate outcomes by meeting regulatory requirements, developing action plans, and identifying subrogation and risk transfer opportunitiesServes as a key point of contact for insureds, clients, and agents or brokers, ensuring clear communication throughout the claim's lifecycleSupports organizational quality initiatives, adapts to evolving business needs, and travels as requiredQUALIFICATIONSEducation & Licensing: 5 years of Auto Liability claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.High School Diploma or GEDrequired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For thejurisdictionnoted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ($75,000-$95,000.
