Warehouser

Warehouse PositionLoad/unload trucks, move/stock material, pull orders, assemble/package products for shipment, and handle receipts. Assist with all tasks within warehouse as needed.Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Load and unload incoming/outgoing ordersEnsure material is shipped, received, store, and allocated correctly and accurately within warehouseMaintain packing specifications and making suitable skids/palletsOperate forklift and other company vehicles and equipment as trained and instructedMaintain the appearance of the warehouse in a safe and orderly mannerMaintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and servicesProvide service to customers entering the warehouseParticipate in monthly and/or annual physical inventoriesEducation, skills, experience, and knowledge:Must be able to operate a forklift and/or pallet jackGeneral knowledge of warehouse operationsBasic math skillsTeamwork and multi-tasking skillsFamiliarity with materials and units of measureAbility to write legibly and communicate clearly with professionalism and courtesyMaintain a basic knowledge of forklifts and other equipment to determine necessary repairsWork environment:Warehouse/fabrication environmentPhysical demands may include but are not limited to:High level of walking, standing, and/or climbingStooping, bending, kneeling, and reachingWork outside/inside around machinery with moving parts and vehiclesExposure to all seasons of weather, as well as slippery and uneven surfacesMust be able to lift a minimum of 60lbsTravel:NoneExemption status:Non-exempt
