In 2026 alone, they have been awarded: 2026 Best Place to Work in Construction 2026 Best Place to Work in America 2026 Best Place to Work in New York What You'll Do Project Leadership Take full ownership of large-scale, complex commercial flooring projects (including multi-story and institutional work like healthcare and large GC-driven builds)Manage projects from bidding and buyout through execution and closeoutEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standardsNavigate challenges in the field with confidence and decisiveness Client & Field CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for general contractors, clients, and field teamsMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing GC partners and industry contactsCoordinate closely with field teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes Preconstruction & Business Development SupportParticipate in bidding, estimating handoff, and contract reviewContribute to selling and securing work, leveraging existing relationships where possibleIdentify opportunities to expand business within current accounts Process & Operational LeadershipBring structure and consistency to project workflowsHelp refine and implement scalable processesAct as a resource and mentor to APMs (without direct supervisory responsibility) What You Bring7+ years of commercial construction project management experience (flooring strongly preferred)Proven ability to manage large, complex projects independentlyStrong field experience and practical understanding of installation and sequencingHigh-level organizational and project tracking skillsExperience working with general contractors and managing subcontracted workExisting industry relationships (GCs, builders, or end users) is a strong plusAbility to contribute to bidding and light sales efforts (not a pure sales role, but commercially aware)Comfortable stepping into a role with autonomy and ownership from day one What Success Looks LikeSeamlessly takes over and executes large, high-value projectsBuilds trust with GCs and field teams quicklyImproves project flow and reduces friction across jobsFrees up leadership bandwidth by owning complex work independentlyContributes to both project delivery and business growth Why This Role Matters This isn't a "grow into it" PM role; this is a plug-and-play leader who raises the bar.
