We invest at the pulse of a low-carbon, resilient future.Pulse Fund is seeking its next Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. You will work as the right-hand to our Founder/Managing Partner, supporting a diverse range of activities to drive our growth, and will also act as Executive and Personal Assistant to the Founder/Managing Partner. You will also interact and work closely with all members of the team in varying capacities, including the Investment Team, Operations, Marketing & Communications, and Partnerships. You'll make a broad impact and experience what it takes to scale and operate an investment fund. This is both a strategic and tactical/administrative role, ideal for someone with an ownership mindset who excels at operating and executing in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career in either the climate or private equity/venture space, or someone interested in learning more about them. The candidate should be highly collaborative, organized, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn.ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize the Founder/Managing Partner's calendar, both personal and professional schedules, and communications.Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Founder/Managing Partner and other executive team members, as requested.Manage team scheduling and logistics as needed.At the direction of the Founder & COO, coordinate executive-level operations, including KPIs and leadership meeting prep, and weekly team meetings.Assist with external communicationsAttend meetings and calls with leadership and ensure the execution of action items and follow-ups as requested.Identify, manage, and coordinate projects and initiatives in support of our executive team.Create presentations and materials to support advisor communications and business development opportunities.Organize and direct onsite and offsite events, including team outings, investor events, conference registration, and more, sometimes working with consultants and contractors as needed.Strategic thinking and support to the CEO and leadership team.Support the COO, including maintaining systems and platforms like the firm's project management platform, Slack, and Google Workspace, and other technical needs, supporting management of contracts and other vendor relationships.As needed, support the COO's recruitment and talent acquisition teams with internship administration and logistics.Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working on sensitive business and organizational issues.QualificationsAt least 5 years' experience in an administrative/ project management/business operations roleProven project management skills with the ability to drive a diverse set of projects towards impact simultaneouslyHigh analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong writing skills for highly professional interactionAbility to influence and interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersExceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsSelf-contained, efficient productivity, and close attention to detailHigh level of confidentiality and discretionExcel in a fast-paced environmentKnack for process development and policy institutionalizationComfort with ambiguity and fluid working conditionsExperience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, fundraising, and/or climate-related industries is a mustJ-18808-Ljbffr
