Job DescriptionWe’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Event Marketing Assistant. You’ll be the face of exciting events and pop-up shops, engaging with customers to introduce products and services, and driving sales and enrollments.Key Responsibilities:Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locationsEngage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollmentsCreate memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyaltySet up and maintain event displays to attract customersMeet daily, weekly, and campaign goalsLearn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategiesWork with the team to improve event outcomesWhat We’re Looking For:Ambitious, self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environmentGreat communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagementEager to learn and grow with clear opportunities for advancementAble to work independently in retail or event-based settingsFlexible and reliable — must be willing to work weekends and retail hoursQualifications:No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus)Must be 18+ years oldReliable transportation to travel to event locationsAbility to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periodsIf you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment and want to learn event marketing and sales, this is the role for you!Commission-based pay structure following a 4-6 week paid training period. Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week. Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,500+ per week. This role is inside big box retailers, the Retail Event Marketing Assistant will be required to travel within a designated 40 mile territory to assigned locationFull benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
