Reporting in to the Vice President, this role sits at the intersection of client experience, data, and operations, bringing clarity to performance while ensuring every client interaction reflects the level of service were known for.

What Youll Do
Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational improvements
Analyze trends across client inquiries, returns, and service patterns
Partner with eCommerce, Retail, and Operations to identify and resolve systemic issues
Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility
Support and elevate the client experience across phone, email, SMS, and chat
Act as a trusted resource across product, services, and policies
Help drive conversion, retention, and overall service excellence

Who You Are
Strong analytical thinker with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
Able to move between data and execution with ease
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accountable
Experience in eCommerce and/or retail environments
Comfortable in a client-facing, fast-paced setting
Personally aligned with the brandan appreciation for jewelry, piercing, and the client experience is a meaningful plus

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $90,000 $110,000
We are also open to more senior (Sr. Manager-level) candidates, with compensation commensurate with experience
