Vision Machine, Inc. values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all areas of its operations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role based in Spring, TX. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include selecting and installing tools, loading programs, adjusting machine settings, and performing basic offsets to maintain part quality. The role also involves inspecting parts using measurement tools, documenting results, and working with supervisors or engineers to resolve machining issues. The CNC Machinist will maintain a clean and safe work area, perform routine machine maintenance, and collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets.Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Machine Operation and general Machinery use, including setup, safe operation, and basic maintenance.Hands-on Machining experience, including reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and working with various metals or materials.Experience with Milling operations, such as selecting tooling, setting work offsets, and optimizing feeds and speeds.Quality Control skills, including the use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.Previous experience as a CNC machinist or related manufacturing role in a production environment.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is preferred.Willingness to work assigned shifts, meet production schedules, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
