Financial Customer Service Representative – Contract to HireWe are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our client's team as Financial Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will interact in person and over the phone with customers in a high-volume environment, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through processes step-by-step. Success in this position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.Location: Minneapolis, MN OR Las Vegas, NV - Hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 day remoteDuration: 3–6 Month Contract to HireSchedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM CSTPay Rate: $19.00 to $20.00/hr (W2) depending on experienceOpenings: 7 positionsKey Responsibilities:Troubleshoot customer issues within applications and systemsWalk customers through tasks in a clear, step-by-step mannerDeliver empathetic, solution-focused support during each interactionHandle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining quality and efficiencyEnsure customer needs are fully resolved with a focus on positive outcomesMaintain professionalism and adaptability in a fast-changing environmentQualifications and Skills:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesClear and effective communication skills with the ability to guide customers through processesHigh level of adaptability and comfort with changeDemonstrated self-leadership and accountabilityPositive attitude with a genuine desire to help othersAbility to manage approximately 25 to 40 calls per dayAbility to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environmentPersonality is key to success in this role.
