As a Recruiting Business Partner, you serve as the face of recruiting to hiring managers, partnering with them throughout the entire recruiting process. You collaborate closely with Sourcing Recruiters who handle intake meetings and candidate pipeline development, while you focus on candidate interaction during the critical offer extension and onboarding phases.What You'll DoStrategic Partnership with Hiring ManagersServe as the primary TA point of contact and the face of recruiting for hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting processPartner with Sourcing Recruiters who manage intake meetings, job description reviews, and candidate pipeline developmentMonitor pipeline health on requisitions and ensure overall requisition successProvide guidance and support to hiring managers from requisition creation through successful onboardingOffer Management & ClosingEngage with candidates during the offer extension phase to set accurate expectations on compensation and levelingPrepare and extend offers within Client's compensation guidelinesExplain Client's compensation philosophy clearly and confidently, including total compensation impactEffectively negotiate offers and close candidatesAddress candidate concerns or objections about the role, level, team, or compensationData-Driven Decision MakingUse recruiting metrics and data to provide analysis and reporting to hiring managersProvide regular pipeline reporting and status updates throughout the recruiting processIdentify trends and proactively address roadblocks in the hiring processProcess Improvement & Operational ExcellenceIdentify issues, blockers, and more efficient ways to improve processesSurface roadblocks and provide solutions to business and managementEnsure compliance with regional, international, and federal laws impacting candidate experienceMaintain data integrity and operational excellence in all recruiting systemsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent recruiting experienceKnowledge of commonly-used recruiting concepts, practices, and proceduresDeep understanding of applicant tracking systemsAbility to set accurate expectations on compensation and leveling with candidates and client teamsAbility to prepare and extend offers within Client's compensation guidelinesAbility to explain Client's compensation philosophy and communicate total compensation impactExperience managing sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience conducting comprehensive needs analysis to determine candidate priorities, expectations, and preferencesDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates through regular communication and responsivenessExperience addressing candidate concerns or objections about role, level, team, or compensationExperience using recruiting metrics and data to provide analysis and reportingAbility to identify issues, blockers, and process improvement opportunitiesExperience partnering with Sourcing Recruiters and cross-functional TA partnersDemonstrated ability to work independently with some guidance while developing skillsExperience providing pipeline reporting and status updates to hiring managersStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to stakeholders up to three levels above role
