Savor Imports West Zone Manager
Location: Chesterfield, MO or Remote Department: Sales – Savor ImportsReports To: Savor Imports Sales ManagerSalary Grade: $87,410 - $131,116 annually, plus bonus opportunityAs a Zone Manager, you will support Dot’s import division, Savor Imports, by managing a brokered sales network in specific markets to meet and exceed objectives and target sales goals.WHAT YOU’LL DOPlan, schedule, develop, and execute sales trainings and new product introductions to distributors, distributor sales reps, industrial food processors/assemblers, and key operator targetsActively pursue new strategic distributor and customer partnershipsNegotiate and support distributor program agreementsSupport market business development activities including food shows, sales meetings, and trade showsUtilize Salesforce to create customer call plan, identify follow up opportunities, and track sales activitiesWork together with Savor’s National Account Sales on multi-unit opportunitiesStay abreast of marketplace needs and changes to include competitive activities and report information back to sales managerApply Lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the positionYOU MUST HAVETwo – five years of customer facing sales experienceExceptional organization, presentation, and communication skillsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programsAbility to work independentlyYOU MAY ALSO HAVEEffective negotiating skillsExtensive travel experienceDemonstrated ability of creating and executing sales promotion strategiesROLE SPECIFICSTravel: 6-8 nights per month for off-site meetings and industry events.
