Manager, Paid Search/SEM

Digital Matter is technology-first, data-led, marketing and media consultancy. Headquartered in New York, Digital Matter provides consulting and services in the areas of business transformation, privacy-first data strategy, and integrated media buying. We are currently looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Manager, SEM / Paid Search to manage search, display, and shopping campaigns across a portfolio of consumer and retail clients. The Role As the Manager, SEM/Paid Search you will be responsible for the management and optimization of campaigns across key consumer, retail, and luxury goods clients. Responsibilities Manage execution and performance of search, shopping, display, and video advertising campaigns through the full account management life cycle. Serve as a supporting player in kick-off meetings, client relationship management, ad-serving, tech stack implementation, campaign optimization, and quarterly business planning. Help to support and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approach. Partner cross-functionally to assist with proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts . Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns. Requirements At least 3 years of in-platform experience in Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads. Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships. Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, extremely organized, analytical, and intellectually curious. Strong data analysis abilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and statistical analysis).
