Our team members are empowered to bring ideas forward, drive results, and support continuous improvement throughout all areas of hotel operations.Position SummaryGreens Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to oversee and lead sales efforts across multiple hotel properties throughout Southern California and the Inland Empire. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and developing high-performing sales teams.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a proven track record in hotel sales leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute regional sales strategies across multiple hotel propertiesDrive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives and business developmentManage, mentor, and support property-level sales leaders and teamsAnalyze market trends, STR reports, and performance metrics to identify opportunitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with corporate, group, government, and travel accountsConduct regular property visits and sales coaching sessionsCollaborate closely with Operations, Revenue Management, and Marketing teamsMonitor pipeline activity, forecasting, and account production performanceIdentify opportunities to expand market share and strengthen regional partnershipsEnsure alignment with brand standards and company goalsQualificationsProven experience in hotel sales leadership, preferably in a regional or multi-property roleStrong background in business development, account management, and revenue generationExperience leading and developing high-performing sales teamsKnowledge of hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, forecasting, and pricing strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesAbility to travel regularly throughout Southern California and the Inland EmpireHospitality brand experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredWhy Join Greens Hotel Group?Rapidly growing hospitality company with expanding opportunitiesCollaborative leadership team that values innovation and initiativeOpportunity to directly impact growth across multiple propertiesWork alongside major hospitality brands and industry partnersFast-paced environment designed for motivated, entrepreneurial leadersIf you are passionate about hotel sales, leadership, and driving results, we’d love to connect with you.
