Position: Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid available)Report To: Managing Partner / Practice Group LeadEmployment Type: Full-Time--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ROLE DESCRIPTIONYou will represent clients in a broad range of personal injury matters, including but not limited to:Motor vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle)Slip and fall / premises liabilityWorkers' compensation claimsNegligence and tort actionsInsurance claim negotiations and litigationAs a plaintiff-side firm operating on a contingency model, you'll manage client relationships from intake through settlement or trial, develop case strategy, negotiate with defense counsel and insurance carriers, and pursue maximum compensation for injured clients.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSExperience Level:Minimum 3+ years of active personal injury plaintiff-side practice experience.
