You’ll be the front line of communication between our company and customers - making sure jobs are scheduled, completed, and communicated clearly. In supporting office operations you'll be the primary person for creating and sending out invoices, payment processing, and accounts receivable.QualificationsExperience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsProficiency in Clerical Skills, such as invoicing, data entry, and organizing documentsAbility to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office systemsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with construction industries is a bonusBilingual in Spanish and English a plus, English required
