Required Skills: Valid and current medical license to practice in CaliforniaBoard certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and GynecologyMinimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experienceExcellent clinical judgment and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in high-pressure situationsProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsNice to Have Skills: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certificationExperience in a tertiary hospital settingBilingual abilities, especially Spanish-EnglishPreferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionRecent experience in obstetric hospitalist role within the past 2 yearsActive board certification in OB-GYN or Family Medicine with obstetrics privilegesOther Requirements: Willingness to travel and work shift schedules as neededCompliance with all state and federal licensure, certification, and credentialing requirementsAbility to provide documentation for malpractice insurance and hospital privilegesMust maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certificationsThis position offers an hourly pay rate of $195.00, along with comprehensive benefits, including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, travel, and certifications as applicable.
