This is a hands‐on, high‐volume, full‐cycle recruiting role supporting our West Coast region (Pacific time zone), requiring the ability to effectively source, attract, recruit, and hire talent for team member and management positions throughout the Shake Shack Organization with a primary focus on restaurant operations.Candidates located in the West Coast region are strongly preferred to ensure alignment with business hours, regional support needs, and partnership with local operations leaders.Job Responsibilities and DutiesFull‐Cycle Recruitment: Drives management recruitment efforts to source and hire top talent while ensuring our company standards are being upheld with every hire.
