Agentic AI Engineer

Aside from LLM and ML experience, someone with experience building agentic workflows is the ideal candidate. I've hired 3 of these folks already in the last 9 months and am excited to find another one!The background of this person? Ideally... someone who started their career as a Software Engineer focusing on JavaScript/TypeScript development (and even more ideally with Node.js and/or Next.js development).The team members and hiring managers are looking for folks with startup DNA. If you're not a startup kind of human, you're not going to do well in their environment. PROVEN startup experience is vital (i.e. wearing multiple hats, changing priorities, working with various teams... etc).This team is willing to pay the right money for the right Engineer.
