In this role, you will oversee the installation process of our premium bath products while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the installation of acrylic baths and showersSupervise and train apprentices and junior installers on best practicesCommunicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutionsEnsure that all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and building codesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentConduct post-installation checks and ensure customer satisfaction#PJFITZ2025RequirementsQualifications:3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodelingStrong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipmentAbility to follow safety protocols and guidelinesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as requiredWillingness to work overtime and occasional SaturdaysBenefitsBenefits:At P.J.
