Also, some comforts of home, there is a full kitchen, free coffee and specialty flavors, soft drinks, and snacks.About The RoleWe're looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Webmaster to be a part of our web service team that is responsible for managing and optimizing our portfolio of B2B product websites.In this role, you'll leverage your agency and web expertise to enhance mid- to large-scale digital experiences, ensuring performance, usability, security and scalability across all platforms.This is a hands-on opportunity for the selected candidate to be a part of a team of professionals that owns site architecture, collaborates cross-functionally, and continuously improves web functionality, user experience and process.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Marketing to plan and implement new site features and functionalityMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve website performance issuesDebug and resolve issues related to content, links, user flows, and transactionsMaintain website security and perform updates to minimize vulnerabilitiesManage and deploy site updates while minimizing downtimeOptimize content based on SEO best practices in collaboration with SEO specialistsTest websites for usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibilityMaintain and optimize virtual and cloud-based hosting environmentsContribute ideas to improve site functionality, UX, and performanceCollaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with company goalsCreate and update page layouts and site contentLead and coordinate work with outsourced web development resourcesManage backup systems, redundancy, and failover processesGather and analyze business and technical requirementsCreate and adhere to SOPs, testing plans, CI/CD processes, WCAG.ADA compliance standards, data privacy, and templates to maintain efficiencies and standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)3-5+ years of experience in a Webmaster or similar roleProven experience managing and maintaining B2B product or e-commerce websitesAgency experience strongly preferredBackground in software or technology industries preferredStrong ability to manage multiple websites simultaneouslyTo align and collaborate with existing web team that includes both a webmaster and UX/UI specialistAbility to work across multi-departments - Marketing, IT, Security, Sales, Training and Customer ServiceTechnical SkillsProficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHPExperience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPressFamiliarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)Experience with website performance optimization and hosting environmentsAdditional StrengthsStrategic and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, especially when explaining complex or abstract conceptsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadershipOwnership mindset with a passion for improving site architecture and performanceFront-end development and/or graphic design experience is a plusOther employee rewards include tickets to Cleveland sporting events, a variety of lunch and learns, and various employee-appreciation events throughout the year.
