Real Estate Practice AssistantPhiladelphia, PA | Hybrid$90K–$100KOverviewA highly respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Practice Assistant to support attorneys within a sophisticated commercial real estate legal practice. This role is ideal for a polished legal administrative professional with strong experience supporting real estate transactions, closings, leasing matters, and loan documentation in a fast-paced law firm environment.The firm is looking for someone who can operate independently, manage high-volume administrative responsibilities, and provide strong organizational and client service support to attorneys handling complex commercial real estate matters.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and legal support to attorneys within the Real Estate practice groupDraft, edit, proofread, and finalize complex legal documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentationsSupport leasing transactions, commercial loans, refinances, acquisitions, and closing-related documentationCoordinate and generate closing binders using both traditional and CD-based processesOrder, draft, track, and organize lender-required closing documentationAssist attorneys with due diligence matters and transactional supportManage attorney calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling logisticsReview billing for accuracy, prepare client transmittal letters, and assist with expense reconciliationHandle client/matter intake forms and maintain organized electronic document management systemsManage incoming calls, emails, mail, and deadline-sensitive communicationsSupport time entry, electronic signatures, CLE tracking, and additional administrative functions as neededIdeal Background5+ years of legal administrative assistant experience within a law firm environmentStrong real estate legal support experience including leasing, loan transactions, acquisitions, and refinancingExperience supporting commercial real estate closings and generating closing bindersStrong document management, billing, calendar management, and client intake experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointStrong proofreading, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work effectively within a deadline-driven legal environmentProfessional communication skills and strong client service orientationExperience with legal billing systems, document management systems, and e-filing preferredAdditional InformationHybrid work environment in Center City PhiladelphiaOpportunity to support a sophisticated and highly respected commercial real estate legal practiceStrong compensation package and long-term stability within the firm
