We are recruiting 2 Technical Support EngineersLocation: Mountain View, CA | On-site onlyAbout UsWe are an established international consumer hardware and smart device enterprise, focusing on the design, development and sales of desktop intelligent equipment.We have a worldwide business presence, a mature local team in the US, and a stable operating environment with complete employee benefits and clear internal career growth opportunities.Job Responsibilities：Provide technical troubleshooting and remote guidance to customers through phone, video call, online message and ticket system.Handle customer escalations and urgent technical cases, ensure timely follow-up and proper resolution.Organize daily product issue records and compile standard technical solutions.Observe and spot potential product and service related issues, submit feedback and follow up for improvement.Collect post-launch product usage feedback, prepare training materials for new team members, maintain ticket data and submit regular summary reports.Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above.
