This is a foundational leadership hire in a Texas-first regional build, with visibility to executive leadership and influence across multiple service lines including Mechanical & Structural, Soft Crafts, Underground, and mission-critical environments.This role is built for a numbers-driven operator who understands how to lead through people, drive margin performance, and convert relationships into awarded work. You will oversee a localized book of business (approximately $30M–$150M+), manage operational execution through Project Managers and field leadership, and play a key role in diversifying service mix beyond a historically electrical-heavy portfolio.The organization operates on established systems and SOPs. This is not a "build your own process" mandate.
