Job Description Description:FLOCK at Park Park is a food truck park and bar in downtown Alton, IL. Our menu focuses on freshly and thoughtfully crafted cocktails and mocktails! We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including, staff management, inventory control, and provide ecellent guest drinking experience. Our bar creates classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. This position is seasonal, full-time, with day shift, night shift, and weekend schedules. Compensation includes tips.Requirements:BASSET Certification required1+ Year Bartending and manager experience preferredValid driver's license requiredResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer serviceTrain, supervise, and schedule bartenders and bar staffCreate and maintain drink menus and make recommendations based on guest preferencesManage inventory by monitoring levels, ordering suppleis, and restockingPrepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take orders, and serve guestsProcess payments, maintain accurate cash records, and verify guest ID and legal drinking ageDeliver an excellent guest experience by resolving concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service rules; keep the bar clean, stocked, and organizedSkillsResume and proven working experience as a bar manager and bartenderExcellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksComputer literacyPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanPhysical & Environmental RequirementsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 poundsWork environment: Open Air Bar
