We have a very robust Lifestyle program, hosting numerous lifestyle events annually.The primary goal of the Community Standards Associate is to support the community standards team with a common goal of preserving and enhancing property standards.What you'll accomplishPerforming a variety of administrative, coordination, and documentation tasksOffering information, assistance, and materials to new and existing homeownersEducating homeowners with regards to modification applications and governing documentsCoordinating modification applications through the approval/denial processAssisting with compliance inspectionsProcessing and tracking violationsOrganizing and maintaining filesResponding to homeowner phone calls and emailsWhat we're looking forOne year experience in a similar roleExcellent communication skills and telephone demeanorSelf-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving skillsComputer skills that include a working knowledge of MS Office programsMust have a valid driver's license in the state of employmentMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, you must hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.
