This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical, strategy, architecture, and hands-on development, with Revenue Cloud experience.You'll play a critical role in shaping end-to-end solutions while remaining close to technology, guiding clients and team members, and stepping in when needed to build, troubleshoot, and optimize. You are curious by nature, constantly asking questions, seeking clarity, and digging deeper to understand both business needs and technical requirements.This role requires someone who can work independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. You are confident in your expertise, enthusiastic in your approach, and focused on driving customer success.RESPONSIBILITIESLead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, advanced pricing, product configuration)Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutionsServe as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding best practices and long-term platform strategyStay hands-on with the platform, contributing to solution builds, troubleshooting complex issues, and validating technical approachesProvide technical leadership through code reviews, solution design, and development guidanceCollaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery successOwn solution integrity across the full lifecycle—from discovery through deployment and optimizationArchitect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, finance, etc.)Define and enforce development standards, governance, and DevOps best practicesMentor and elevate team members, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellenceRemote/Telecommute position with the ability to travel up to 30%REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong focus on technical architecture and hands-on development experienceDeep expertise in Revenue CloudStrong, recent hands-on experience with: Apex development (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable)Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura componentsAdvanced Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, process automation)Deep experience with Salesforce Revenue customization, including: Product rules, price rules, quote templates, approvalsComplex pricing logic and discounting strategiesExperience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Revenue configurationsProven experience designing and implementing integrations, including: REST/SOAP APIsMiddleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)Real-time and batch data synchronizationStrong understanding of data modeling, large data volumes, and performance optimizationHands-on experience with DevOps and deployment tools, including: Git (version control)CI/CD pipelinesSalesforce DX and packaging strategiesExperience debugging complex issues across code, configuration, and integrationsWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT TRUSUMMIT: Competitive salary – reviewed annuallyPerformance bonusUnlimited Paid time offMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceFlexible working scheduleEmployer-Matching 401k Retirement PlanFunding for each employee's professional development (Salesforce Certification, PMP, etc.)Reimbursement for health club memberships & internet/phoneCertification exam bonusLife and disability insuranceCompany LaptopCharity & Volunteer DaysTruSummit Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
