Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.EMR CernerSkills Assessment IRD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 2 Supervisor references within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than two holidays off during my assignment.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee at this facility in the two years.Additional Confirmations I am willing to floatAdditional Confirmations Experience with Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, and Blood Product Administration is required.Additional Confirmations Experience assisting with Central Line Insertion/management, Central Venous Access - Non-tunneled/PICC placement, and Central Venous Access/Port Placement is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Chest Tube Placement, Dialysis Graft Interventional, Embolization, and Endovascular Interventions is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Liver Biopsy, Malignant Hyperthermia Protocol, and Paracentesis is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, and Thoracentesis is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Thrombolytics, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Uterine Arterial Embolization, and Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Emergency Medications, Implanted Ports - Care and Maintenance, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV infusion pumps, IV vasopressors, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Radiation and Laser Safety, and Starting and maintaining IVs is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
