Clinical Trial Service Line Manager — Bethesda, MD (Hybrid)The RoleWe're partnered with a growing oncology organisation on a confidential search for a Clinical Trial Service Line Manager. This is a unique position that bridges clinical trial operations and commercial — you'll serve as the internal expert on an active clinical trial portfolio, working across referring physicians, sales, and clinical teams to drive patient enrollment and trial awareness.It's a process leadership role, not a people management position, but it carries real influence across the organisation and requires someone who can operate comfortably in both clinical and commercial environments.What You'll Be DoingLeading awareness, education, and patient enrollment efforts across an oncology clinical trial portfolioActing as the primary liaison between referring physician offices, the sales team, and internal clinical research staffEducating and enabling Account Executives to communicate trial opportunities effectively to referring providersBuilding and maintaining relationships with referring providers, sponsors, research networks, and patient advocacy groupsDeveloping educational materials, referral guides, and tools to support trial discussions in the fieldCollaborating with Clinical Research Coordinators and investigators to keep referring providers aligned with trial availability and updatesManaging direct-to-patient trial marketing in partnership with internal and external marketing teamsTracking KPIs across trial growth, referral volume, pipeline conversion, and enrollment outcomesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of clinical research or clinical operations experience in oncology, with direct involvement in Phase I–II trialsExperience supporting physician engagement, referral processes, or clinical trial enrollment strategiesStrong working knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and human subject protection requirementsExperience with radiopharmaceutical or nuclear medicine clinical trials is a strong advantageProficiency with CTMS, EDC systems, and operational reporting tools preferredBachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or equivalent; advanced degree or clinical research certification preferredWillingness to travel occasionallyWhat Will Set You ApartA track record of building trusted relationships with referring physicians and sponsorsProven success expanding patient enrollment in early-phase oncology trialsComfortable working across sales, clinical, and research teams without losing your footingSomeone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
