Elle compte 5200 collaborateurs répartis dans 7 pays.Mission descriptionDefine, coordinate and manage all activities related to physical facilities, grounds, utilities, energy management systems, production equipment and safety/security systems located in the United States (Mississippi and New Jersey). Participate in risk management process, ensure coordination with indirect reporting and sister positions on the Safran campus in Chihuahua, Mexico.Future responsibilities: manage site level functional management of IT infrastructure with global direction from Safran Group; define, coordinate, execute and enforce procedures and rules for infrastructure and associated services (One Safran Facilities Handbook FAC5) per industry practices and company guidelines.Ensure the management of all facilities projects to meet quality, schedule and cost objectives, including:Develop Requests for Quote documents and perform analysis of proposals ensuring objectives are specified and achievable.Ensure all work is completed adhering to local regulations, industry standards, divisional and company requirements.Manage and execute all preventative maintenance programs associated with facility functions, ensuring that facilities, equipment and grounds meet or exceed company expectations, including planned emergency response drills.Responsible for non-production/office area projects, including layout development, maintenance and improvement projects.Active participant in Risk Management, Business Continuity and Emergency Response processes.Maintain site specific plans, responsible for:Ensuring activities are completed to maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).Ensuring Emergency Response Plans are adequate, communicated with clear lines of responsibility, maintained and updated for each US location.Coordinating with plant management to prepare for weather-related events, ensuring anticipation, clear lines of responsibility, communication protocols, and adherence to safety protocols for highest safety and minimal downtime.Develop and execute a facilities 5-year project roadmap for each location, aligned with management vision, safety and energy requirements, facility improvement and maintenance requirements. Develop and maintain an annual and mid-term (5-year) budget for each facility, including operational and capital expenditures.Management and leadership responsibilities: train and support the team in the implementation of standards and procedures of the applicable reference documentation system; ensure incorporation of experiences and skill development of the team; guide and coach team members in technical choices; match workload, capacity and projected competence; take responsibility using the leadership model; develop skills and careers; contribute to or ensure management of recruitments and mobility with HR; contribute to and manage training plans per division needs; other duties as assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
