VP, Product Marketing (B2B Physical Products)📍 On-site | Fort Worth, TXWe are seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead global product marketing strategy for a growing, B2B-focused organization with a portfolio of physical, tangible products (not services or software-only). This role is on-site in Fort Worth, TX and will partner closely with executive leadership, Product, Sales, and Commercial teams to drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, storytelling, and revenue enablement.What You’ll DoOwn and evolve the product marketing vision and roadmap across an established and expanding physical product portfolioLead go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, pricing support, and launch executionTranslate technical product features into compelling B2B value propositions for sales, distributors, and end customersPartner with Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to align product strategy with market needsBuild and lead a high-performing product marketing team, setting clear priorities and standardsDrive sales enablement, including tools, training, and competitive differentiationLeverage market, customer, and competitive insights to influence product direction and innovationPresent product strategy and recommendations to executive leadershipWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with senior leadership responsibilityDirect experience marketing physical products (manufactured goods, building materials, industrial, consumer durables, etc.) — not services-based backgroundsStrong B2B marketing expertise, ideally supporting complex sales cycles and distribution channelsProven success leading product launches and portfolio-level GTM strategiesAbility to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and OperationsStrategic thinker with the ability to execute and lead hands-on when neededExperience building and developing teams
