Installer/Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated glazing apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and hands-on experience with various tools and techniques. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and collaborating effectively with team members to meet project deadlines. Please feel free to drop in and pick up an application at our location during business hours Duties Fill customer glass orders in shop. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks including glass installation, carpentry, and fixture installation. Ability to learn and adapt to installation. Assist other installers during installations Follow safe working practices Conduct heavy lifting 70#+- as required for transporting materials and equipment on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites. Have a clean driving record Skills Proficient in construction estimating with a keen eye for detail. Strong experience with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation. Knowledge of glass installation techniques is a plus. Attention to detail and customer's property. . Experience in manufacturing settings is advantageous. Solid background in carpentry, including trim carpentry and heavy lifting capabilities. Maintenance Person experience is preferred for diverse task handling. Competence in construction painting techniques is beneficial.
