ResponsibilitiesOffline program CMM’s for first article inspection as well as PPAPTroubleshoot potential fixture issues and find solutionsProgram Gage R’s and capability studiesWork with customer and internal standards/layout practicesPlace data in final reportsCreate graphical reportsBalloon drawings to match programsMeet quoted timing requirementsAssist in training CMM techniciansQualifications:Proficiency in PC-DMIS CMM software is requiredProficient in Hexagon Data Page software a plusExperience in measuring plastic partsWorking knowledge of GD&T and applicationStrong understanding of SPCFamiliar working with an ISO/IATF 16949:2009 environmentIn-depth knowledge of Metrology and measurement practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsWork well with others - both within the department and with engineeringExperience with micrometers, calipers, height gagesStrong knowledge of CADStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office)Multi-sensor equipment knowledge a plusWork well in a fast paced environmentLeadership skills
